Michael D. Lack is a highly experienced Executive Leader in the pharmaceuticals space. His early experience in the technical domain led to a sales and marketing career with computer and software application companies (Apollo Computer, Logic Modeling Systems). Michael has held general management roles, starting with Division President at Cadence Design Systems. Following this, he served as CEO of several start-ups that were sold to larger companies. In 1999, he began as COO with Incyte Genomics, where the Company had a strong technology base. Since moving to San Diego, Michael has been involved with drug discovery and development companies as an interim executive (CEO/COO). This role has been to provide operational execution capability while augmenting the senior science team. Michael received a B.S. In Physics from UCLA in 1973.
